Gloria was friendly and in fact even offered to make the call to another motel to see if they had an available room when we told her we weren't happy with the accommodations.

There was nothing we did like about it. No judgement or disprespect, just an observation, but Economy Inn & Suites is the type of place that low-income folks actually live not vacation. We asked for a non-smoking room and although we did indeed get one, the people all around us were smoking...at the bottom of the stairs, the top of the stairs..out on the deck....Yuck! The rooms are tiny and the tv didn't work. I laid down on the bed and immediateIy got up as there was a spider descending from the ceiling right over me. The bottom sheets did not fit the bed properly and there was no closet. Within an hour of arriving we checked out and got a room across the street at the Ramada Limited which was well worth the extra $27.99.

This so called motel should not even be allowed to be in business, the state needs to do an inspection. I travel quit often with family and friends and I never have been in such a place. The room was so dirty the beds were so old, dirty and poor shape I thought at any time something would crawl out. The door did not even lock we could not find the tv remote but the did not matter because it didn't even work. We called ahead to let them know that we would check in later nothing was said about us having to go to a different motel to check into ours. We had no way to complain about the room so ended up just leaving and driving home because the place was not fit to be in. And this for $100.00 a night. Everyone else was booked how conveint for economy inn right!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I written a letter to the Dept of Health. They need to do an inspection. Bad

Terrible place and wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Office was across major road (Rte 7) and had to be accessed twice because of lack of proper directions to room. Floors were dirty, linen had burn holes, and there wasn't even a waste basket in the room.

Location to train station. e were taking a day trip.

Room was in bad shape. Needed lots of repair. Could not get room key to work and was locked out at 10 PM as front office closed at 9PM!!! HAD togo across a busy street (by car) to the Ramada Inn for help with the key. A maintenance man finally let us in. The outside of the room was in a corner and was storing cleaning equipment and was very dirty. They did change our original room that was upstairs as I had asked for handicap bathroom and it was up a lot of stairs. We also had to cross that busy street for a continental breakfast at the Ramada Inn.

The location was the only positive, it is right across the street from where I work

The cleanliness, the quality of all the items in the room, the shower head didn't work, there was no housekeeping so I didn't have toilet paper for day #2 of my stay, etc.

Price was ok convenient to shopping.

Booked a non-smoking room...our room reeked of old cigarettes. The room was very small, old, and dirty... Though the bedding and towels seemed clean.

The front desk manager was friendly and polite.

Unfortunately this was the worst establishment I have ever stayed at. We were directed to stay in a double room at first. We discovered to our surprise that the door jamb had been kicked in and covered by fresh wood panelling without repairing the lock mechanism. When we raised this concern with staff we were directed to an older, dingy room with lots of flies. I would have stayed here had it not been so late. I recommend you do not stay here under any circumstance.

    Good location

It was very noisy - it is use mostly as a temporary homeless shelter. They provide a free breakfast off-site; you have to cross a very busy Route 7 to get to the other hotel - which is a good thing because you would not want to eat anything in that lobby. I would not stay there again even if it was free.

I like the price and the size of the room.

During stay they did not clean or even took garbage form room. The bathroom look like they did not finish renovation. The heating sysem was teribble.

This hotel was closed for the night and I had to go to a neighboring hotel that was very inconvenient as I had no car and the sidewalks weren't cleaned. They gave me the wrong key and I had to walk again thru the cold and snow. I ended up stayinfg at the quality Inn that was disgustingly dirty. I saw bugs in the bathroom, really filthy. A trip to the third world, filthy food for breakfast that sickened me.

    Everything except receptionist was ok

The beds were extremely comfortable !! And the breakfast (they send you across the street) was AMAZING!!

The carpet and bathroom linoleum were a little scary. My sister wouldn't go anywhere without shoes on!

very little; internet wifi worked well

We hoped the negative reviews would have been overkill, but it seems this location is just trying to make money until everything breaks down too much to fix it anymore. Breakfast was actually at a different location; room lacked basic amenities, such as a waste basket and chair for desk; no place to hang a jacket; door lacked working deadbolt; television was inoperable; cracked window pane and little insulation for rooms where room doors are exterior doors
